SHEBOYGAN - Lawyers have reached a plea deal in the sexual assault case involving former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan.TODAY'S TMJ4's Cody Holyoke reports that he has pleaded guilty to two disorderly conduct charges.The charges came in connection with the same 2011 drinking binge in Elkhart Lake, Wis. that triggered an historic recall election.Ryan lost that election.The trial was supposed to start Wednesday.Attorneys were to announce terms of the plea deal on Monday afternoon.Check back for more information on this breaking story as details come in to us.Click here for the archive of news regarding Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan.
