Performance Marketing Brands, the operator of online shopping and rewards programs, has
acquired Pushpins, the mobile app for saving on groceries. We're hearing that the acquisition price was likely in the range of $10 to $15 million. Pushpins
gives users digital coupons and rewards when they scan UPC barcodes at the grocery store. The company's app also allows you to access digital shopping lists, coupons, nutritional information and access to your shopping history.
