Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi is poised to win a seat in parliament and join a government that?s embracing reform, but still dominated by the military. NBC?s Ian Williams reports.

>> accusing her opponents of intimidation ahead of sunday's polls. there's a real sense of euphoria and for all its imperfections, it represents a first step towards real change in mien mar. led by the woman who defied the generals and won the heart of her nation.
